  The Orchard is our newest neighborhood in Warrenton, Oregon, near Astoria. With several beautiful, custom-designed homes, you are sure to find a plan you like. To get to The Orchard, take South Main Ave. to SW 14th Place, about 1/4 mile north of Warrenton High School. There you will see our sign. The neighborhood is conveniently located within minutes of Fred Meyer, Youngs Bay Plaza and Costco.
